HEIA NSW - NSW Cookery teachers' association Trust Scholarship

For Public School Year 12 students residing in NSW 

The NSW Cookery Teachers’ Association Trust was established following the closure of the NSW Cookery Teachers’ Association.

The Trust provides scholarships to support undergraduate study in Home Economics (Food Technology). These scholarships are intended for students who attended a public school and demonstrate a commitment to teaching in the public education system.

Applications are administered through the Public Education Foundation and open annually from June to September.

Each year, the Trust offers up to three scholarships, each currently valued at $9,000 per year for up to three years of full-time study.

The HEIA NSW Division has a longstanding relationship with the Trust and supports the promotion of the scholarship. Scholarship recipients are invited to attend the HEIA NSW Division celebration event in May of the year following their award.
