1. What if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset.

• Go to our website's login page and click the 'Forgot password' link.
• On the Reset password page, enter the email address associated with your account, complete the reCAPTCHA, and click Submit.
• After you click Submit, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. This email can sometimes take several minutes to appear in your inbox.

If you are still experiencing problems, or have a new email address, please visit our Contact us page to have an administrator assist you.

2. How secure is my information on the HEIA website?

All passwords are encrypted and the website and the administration area of WildApricot (the platform used to create the site) are all encrypted by SSL in data transit.

Access to specific member data is controlled by the site administrators who can allow (and restrict) individual access and privileges for additional website or system editors.
