Description
Drawing on her research into how Australian teachers perceive and teach healthy eating, Dr Gail Boddy will explore the ways teachers define healthy eating, the sources they rely on for nutrition information, and the opportunities and challenges within the curriculum to build food education. Participants will gain insights into strategies for integrating evidence-based concepts into their classroom practices.
