HEIA(NT) workshop | Exploring Indigenous ingredients of local region | Thursday 11 June

HEIA(NT) is offering a workshop to explore Indigenous ingredients found in the local region. Learn when and where these ingredients are in season and understand how they were traditionally used by mob. Discover how they can be incorporated into modern cooking in respectful ways. This practical, hands-on learning experience will equip teachers with ideas to take back to the classroom, supporting confident teaching about Indigenous ingredients and their stories: a mix of storytelling, tasting, and inspiration.
