Completing the membership form to renew – School Group

You must use the information to complete the School Group level on sign up! Refer back to this page as required.

YOU MUST renew before removing current staff and adding new staff to membership.

NOTE:

1. Current staff will be ticked on your membership – retain all staff and renew. A new sponsor code will be issued with the membership. You will be able to remove the staff that have left the school and email the sponsor code link to the new staff.

2. If they have been a member of HEIA: email the sponsor code link to them and  when they log-in the link will be active for use.

3. If they have not been a member: email the sponsor code link and make sure that they have the account holder billing details to complete.

This is the account holder – the person who facilitates payment and has longevity at the school. Insert postcode and school name eg: 4115 St Aidens, 4111 Coorparoo, 4014 BSSSC

  • Address 1 – School Name
  • Address 2 – School address
