Completing the membership form – School group

You must use the information to complete the School Group level on sign up! Refer back to this page as required.

NOTE:

1. Please make sure you have the details of all staff you want to add to the membership. You will need first name, last name, username, email and password, school and postcode for each staff member to be included in the membership.

Check to see if they have ever been a member of HEIA. Their email will be on the website and they will need to log-in to use the sponsor code link.

This is the account holder – the person who facilitates payment and has longevity at the school. Insert postcode and school name eg: 4115 St Aidens, 4111 Coorparoo, 4014 BSSSC
