Description
Spend a morning with Associate Professor Emma Stirling, a leading expert in nutrition and dietetics at Australian Catholic University (ACU). Emma is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian, Fellow of Dietitians Australia, and an award-winning nutrition communicator.
As Culinary Nutrition Practice Lead, Emma brings extensive experience from the food, hospitality, media and health sectors into this exciting field. Culinary nutrition is a fast-growing field of interprofessional practice with opportunities for educators and home economists.
During the morning, Emma will:
- show us around the kitchen gardens
- share her expert insights into culinary nutrition
- highlight opportunities in short courses in skill development.
Light refreshments will be provided and each participant will receive a small gift.
We will also celebrate the King and Amy O’Malley Trust scholars and recognise their achievements.
